Sustainability Mentor Networking

16 June 2026

Recognise the critical role of insurance in building a more sustainable future, but want to learn how to play your part?

The goal of Better Insurance Network’s quarterly Mentoring Networking events is to inspire and equip insurance professionals of any experience level to take action within their organisations and/or bring sustainability into their roles.

Meet the next group of mentors

  • Joanna Lloyd-Davies, Head of Sustainability, QBE International
  • Charlie Heathcote, Head of Sustainability, The Fidelis Partnership
  • Anne-Marie Gordon, SVP, Head of Sustainability & Resilience, RenRe

How does it work?

When you enrol, you’ll let us know which type of mentor you’d most like to meet. We’ll also ask you to submit a couple of questions or discussion topics you’d particularly like to cover.

Attendees are seated in small groups with a mentor for 30 minutes. In this time you will each be able to ask your question(s) and listen/participate in the group discussion. After a short break, the tables are mixed and the process is repeated with a second mentor.

Once the formal conversations have finished, there will be networking drinks, giving you a chance to meet the other mentors and attendees.

If we have reached capacity for a particular date, you will be added to the waiting list and given the opportunity to attend the next available event.

Drinks are provided during the mentoring section within the ticket price.

2-hour CPD certificate available to all attendees post-event.

Want to get the most out of your experience?

Tell us who you’d most like to meet and submit one or two burning questions and we will curate the seating plan to optimise the groups.
